Fulfillment
Products are made to order and production will begin after payment is received. Lead time varies and depends on shop workload and the specifics of your order. Most orders will be received within 10-15 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
Shipping
Shipping will be charged at a flat rate plus an additional one dollar per additional item. International Shipping outside the U.S.A. will be invoiced supplementarily. Shipping of multiple products will be combined if possible in order to minimize your shipping costs. In some cases customers will receive a partial refund on shipping. On very large orders there may be an extra shipping charge which will be invoiced supplementarily.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by either party if production has not yet started. Cancellations by the client will be refunded minus any PayPal fee. Because your parts are made to order, once they are in production, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns
All sales are final. In the rare case of defects or damage in shipping, parts will be replaced at no cost with free shipping. Defective or damaged parts must be returned. Customer will be reimbursed for return shipping costs.

Policies, procedures and pricing may change at any time without notice. Of course changes will never apply to pending orders.
